General Disclaimer

Concrete Canvas Collective sells original artwork, prints, and custom products created by independent artists. Many artists may be self-taught or working in non-traditional environments, and artwork may contain variations, imperfections, or unique characteristics that are part of the artistic process. By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge that artwork and products are artistic items and may vary slightly in appearance due to printing methods, materials, and screen displays.

Originals vs prints

Some artwork sold through Concrete Canvas Collective is one-of-one original artwork. Some artwork may also be reproduced as prints or used on merchandise unless otherwise stated. Purchasing an original piece does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly agreed to in writing. The artist and/or Concrete Canvas Collective retain the right to reproduce artwork in print or product form unless the listing specifically states that reproduction rights are transferred with the original purchase.

Artist Agreement & Payments

Artist Participation

Artists who send artwork to Concrete Canvas Collective do so voluntarily. Once artwork is submitted and accepted, ownership of the physical artwork transfers to Concrete Canvas Collective unless otherwise agreed in writing. Artists will be credited as the creator of the artwork.

Artist Compensation

Artists are compensated based on the agreed payout structure for artwork, prints, or products featuring their designs. Payment methods and timelines vary depending on artist circumstances and applicable regulations. Artists are responsible for ensuring they are eligible to receive payments through approved institutional or legal payment methods.

custom orders

Custom products are made to order based on customer requests. Because custom items are created specifically for each order, custom products are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Production times for custom items vary and will be communicated before order confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

Original artwork sales are final.

Prints and standard merchandise may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

Custom items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on production time, carrier delays, or supply availability. Concrete Canvas Collective is not responsible for shipping delays once packages are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Product variation

Colors, print placement, and final appearance may vary slightly between products due to printing methods, materials, and manufacturing processes. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
